Be water my friend (about Zen)
"Empty your mind. Be like water. Put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. Put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. Put water into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, it can creep, drip or crash!!! Be water, my friend. " Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee is speaking about Zen. Zen is a meditation´s way to don´t make mistakes. Everyone make mistakes. When you have a good level in any japanese art, ikebana, kendo, karate, you need to learn Zen. You think by instinct and you don't make mistakes. Samurais said that one can fight 10000, this is because of Zen Bruce Lee habla sobre el Zen.

The most favorite word that Lee left us is 'Don't think! Feel it!.' If you can really understand this, you can feel Zen too. Oh I have one episode. When I was young I was practising jumping to kick up on the ceiling of my room. I coudn't reach at all until I tried it again after watching Lee's film of the Road to the Dragon. At that time miraculously I could reach to the ceiling by my jump kick, at least five cms higher than usual!

Ok guys you're speaking of the benefits of achieving Zen. I would like to reach that state too, the problem is that i'm an unskillful & very unsubtle guy . How do i get into to the path of the Zen lacking patience and any kind of skill? :D

He get angry, jajajajajajaja When I´ll be retired from work, I¨ll practise zen
